Module agora.utils.SCPPrettyPrinter
Contains pretty-printing routines specialized for SCP types.
As the integration test-suite imports into PrettyPrinter, we want to avoid adding a dependency to SCP.
Note
This module currently does not use in sink as Phobos does not recognize
them when -preview=in is used.
